About The Program
The Art Access Program, generously supported by The Kendeda Fund and many individual donors, is designed to remove the economic barriers that typically prevent Title 1 schools from attending the High Museum of Art. Art Access provides Georgia students a high-quality, dynamic learning experience that supports the Common Core Georgia Performance Standards.
This all-inclusive field trip program for Title 1 schools provides:
- Free admission and/or transportation reimbursement if received within 90 days after the field trip.
- Free online teacher resources for classroom learning before and after a visit to the Museum.
- "Welcome Back" cards for all participating students, allowing each child to return to the Museum with his or her family one time, free of charge.
Please Note: If you have already submitted your application, you will be notified of your status. Please do not contact the museum regarding the status of your application.
Generous support for Art Access is provided by The Kendeda Fund and the many individuals, foundations, and corporations who also contributed. Additional support is provided by the Livingston Children’s Education Endowment Fund and the David and Randy Harris Art Access Fund. Support for the Art Access I See Literacy and I See History tours is provided by the Vera A. Milner Memorial Endowment for Children’s Education and Publix Super Markets Charities.
