Modern Masters of Film

Whether you are a cinephile, a film buff, or someone who simply just loves movies, Modern Masters of Film: From Edison to Scorsese provides an opportunity to rediscover — or discover for the first time — historically important and wildly entertaining films from the collection of The Museum of Modern Art (MoMA), New York.

The MoMA film series presents 11 of the finest examples of the moving image from one of the world's most important film repositories. Each screening features a rare 35 mm print, which has been preserved, and sometimes restored, through MoMA's extensive conservation efforts.
