Member Services and Ticketing
Important:Only current members may reserve tickets. Join or renew online, when you visit the Museum, or by calling 404-733-4575.
The High is currently taking member reservations for Louvre Atlanta tickets. We recommend that you reserve tickets in advance to ensure availability, especially for weekend visits. Members are also encouraged to make plans to view the exhibitions before the closing weeks to avoid crowds.

Members can also visit one of two ticketing service areas on the Woodruff Arts Center Campus to reserve tickets: the Museum's Admission Desk in the Wieland Pavilion or the Box Office located in the Memorial Arts Building.

To reserve tickets by phone, call the Woodruff Arts Center Box Office at 404-733-5000 (404-733-5386 TDD), 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily. All ticket orders placed through a representative will incur a $3 -per-ticket service charge.
Ticketing Instructions
- You must be an active member to order and redeem member tickets. To activate your membership, click here or call 404-733-4575.
- In addition to member tickets, you may be eligible for complimentary guest passes.
- Membership Card and/or Member Guest Passes must be presented with tickets upon Museum entry.
- Members who bring extra guests but not their Museum-issued Guest Passes will be charged $15 per Guest Pass ticket
(Guest Passes will be mailed with your membership card.)

Reservation Information & Tips
- Tickets are dated and timed for entry every 30 minutes.
- If you place an online order, you will receive your ticket confirmation via e-mail.
- School groups visit weekday mornings, and during weekends the galleries may be more crowded.
Exhibition Viewing Hours
Members may order tickets for entry up to 30 minutes before closing.
Please refer to the hours below when ordering.
Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Thursday, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Sunday, 12 noon to 5 p.m.
Closed Mondays, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, and Independence Day.
