Kids at the High: Flower Power
June 12-30, 2009, 1 p.m.
Greene Family Education Center
Free with Museum admission and free for members.
Flower Power takes place each Friday and Saturday in June from 1 to 4 p.m.
Art-making for the whole family!
We're greening up our garden to look like Giverny this summer! Visit the High and discover the magical world of Claude Monet, the founding father of Impressionism.
Get an up-close view of Monet's famed Water Lilies and imagine yourself in his lush landscapes. Then join us in the studio to experiment with different techniques that mimic Monet's style. In June, we'll be painting en plein-air on the lawn at the Museum.
*Weather permitting.
