Its art-filled fun for the whole family every Second Sunday of the month at the High!
Delight in a dynamic artist demonstration, express your inner-artist in our open studio, and connect to different cultures through magical live performances. From painting and drawing to storytelling and music, the High's Fundays are a fun place to discover art – both indoors and out.
- Creation Station in Workshop 1: Let the architectural works of John Portman inspire your own modernist sculpture.
- Creation Station in the Workshop 2: Design a work of art that moves in our mobile making studio.
- Family Tours from the Grand Lobby: 1, 2, 3 and 4 p.m.
Learn about our beautiful buildings as you get to know the architects of the High Museum of Art, Richard Meier and Renzo Piano then visit the John Portman: Art and Architecture exhibition for a special look at an Atlanta icon. - Special Activity – Work with AIA: Construct your own architectural masterpiece in the Robinson Atrium and check out career presentations by architects in the Hill Auditorium
