Members of the High Museum of Art can reserve tickets in advance to ensure availability, especially for weekend visits. Members are encouraged to view the exhibitions before the closing weeks to avoid crowds. Weekday mornings with school tours and weekends in general are among our busiest times.

Three ways for members to make advanced ticket reservations:

2. Phone Ticket Reservations
Call the Woodruff Arts Center Box Office at 404-733-5000 (404-733-5386 TDD), 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily. All orders placed through a representative will incur a $3.00 service charge per ticket.
3. Onsite at the Woodruff Arts Center Campus
Visit a ticketing service area on the Woodruff Arts Center Campus at either the Museum's Admission Desk or the Box Office located in the Memorial Arts Building.
Advanced Ticket Reservation Information
- Current membership card and/or Member Guest Passes must be presented with tickets upon Museum entry. Members who bring extra guests but not their Museum-issued Guest Passes will be charged full admission per guest.
- Tickets are dated and timed for entry every 30 minutes, and up to 30 minutes before closing.
- Refer to the following hours when ordering tickets:
- Closed Mondays
- Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday (10 a.m. to 5 p.m.)
- Thursday (10 a.m. to 8 p.m.)
- Sunday (12 noon to 5 p.m.)
- The High observes the following holidays: July 4, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Year's Day.

- All tickets are subject to availability. No refunds or exchanges. Audio tour rental is not included with ticket.

Your Membership cards will arrive approximately three weeks from the day your membership is processed. If you would like to visit the museum, but have not received your card yet, simply present your photo ID at the membership desk.

Discount memberships are available by printing this page and bringing it with you when you visit the Museum on Thursday evenings or on weekends.
