9:30 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
Educators will take a behind-the-scenes look at the High Museum’s upcoming special exhibition Joris Laarman Lab: Design in the Digital Age. Laarman is a contemporary Dutch designer whose intellectual and experimental approach to design incorporates science, technology, creativity, and aesthetics. In this seminar, educators will take a sneak peek at how the exhibition evolved, learn more about the designer, and experience an interactive workshop that can be taken back to the classroom.
This seminar is part of a four-part series that will take place at different institutions across the city. Each session will focus on the connection between conservation and art. Register for all four sessions or just one.
Tickets are available on the Atlanta Botanical Garden’s website.
Registration fees include lunch. Parking fees not included.
