Summer Internship Program
Gain experience in the Southeast’s leading art museum, which houses a significant permanent collection and hosts world-class special exhibitions.
The High Museum of Art offers an eight-week internship program each summer to rising college juniors and seniors as well as to graduating seniors. Internships are unpaid learning experiences, but interns do receive many benefits, including free admission to Museum functions, discounts at our gift shops and café, and the valuable opportunity to receive instruction in the areas to which they are assigned and access to behind-the-scenes museum operations. Candidates accepted into the program are responsible for securing their own housing and transportation (including parking, which the Museum offers at the discounted employee rate) for the duration of the program.
